Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur in the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. Do not leave cups in extreme heat, do not soak cups, and see care instructions that are included in cup.

Please also note that all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Contact seller if any damages are noted upon arrival.
